How much is shipping?

Where are your products made and shipped from?

For this first drop, all of our products are produced and shipped from our manufacturing partners in the United States. Each item is made to order when you purchase it — we do not keep stock in warehouses.

Do you charge U.S. sales tax?

No. We are a non-U.S. company and currently have no U.S. sales tax obligations. If that changes in the future (for example, if we exceed certain state sales thresholds), we will update our policy and pricing accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

If you live outside the US, make sure to read the entirety of this FAQ to make sure you have the whole necessary info about how your order will be dealt with.

For future drops, we plan to have manufacturing partners all around the world to make your life easier.

What does “Delivered at Place (DAP)” mean?

It means that:

We cover the cost of production and shipping to your country.
You (the customer) are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes charged by your customs authority upon delivery.

This is standard for international online purchases where goods are shipped from abroad.

Are prices shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of taxes and import duties. If your country charges import VAT or customs fees, these will be collected by the courier or customs office when your order arrives.

Will I be charged customs duties or import VAT?

If you live outside the United States, your country’s customs authority may charge:

Import VAT (Value Added Tax)
Customs duties or brokerage fees

These charges vary depending on your country’s regulations and the value of your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Can you mark my order as a “gift” or reduce the declared value?

No. We must declare the actual sale value and contents of every shipment for customs compliance. Marking packages inaccurately would violate customs laws.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is made to order. We are limiting the production of this first batch to roughly 100 of each item. The production has already started so if you are amongst the very first to order (first 10-20 orders), your order should be ready to ship in about 1 week The whole manufacturing is planned to be fully dealt with by the end of November. Please allow at least 3 to 10 business days for shipping (depending on destination). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?

If you refuse to pay import taxes or duties, your package may be returned or destroyed by the customs authority. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs or import fees for refused deliveries.

Do you charge VAT for EU or UK customers?

Not yet. Currently, all orders are shipped from the U.S., and we do not collect VAT at checkout. You will be asked to pay any VAT and duties to your local customs authority when your parcel arrives. In the future, we plan to produce and ship locally within the EU and UK — at that point, VAT will be included in prices for those regions.
