Prices exclude taxes and import duties. Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes charged by their country upon delivery.
All products are manufactured and shipped from our U.S. production partners.
- U.S. Orders: Shipped domestically from within the United States. No sales tax is charged at this time.
- International Orders (including Canada, EU, UK, and others): Orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. This means import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees (if any) are charged by your local customs authority and paid by you upon delivery.
- Processing Times: Each item is produced on demand. Please allow [X–Y] business days for production before shipping.
- Tracking: Tracking details are provided as soon as your order ships.
We do not have control over local customs processing times or fees. Refusal to pay import duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed; we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
When you place an order, we’ll show you an estimated shipping and delivery date based on product availability and your chosen shipping option. Depending on the carrier, this estimate may also appear on the shipping quote page.
Shipping costs for many items are based on weight, which is listed on each product page. To align with carrier policies, weights are rounded up to the nearest unit.
International Shipping: Prices shown in USD and exclude taxes. Import duties or VAT may be collected by your local carrier upon delivery.
Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item, etc.).
Refunds are usually processed within four weeks after you hand the package to the return carrier, but they often arrive sooner. This time includes:

Please note: international orders returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs or import fees.
