What is it all about?

25.11.02

You’ve been asking us for years:

“When will you make your Patreon/STL/Heroes Infinite  models available as physical miniatures?”

This is it. A first test. A trial run if you will. To learn and do better.

For the first time, we’re opening a short, small-batch Drop that brings our digital creations to life → ready to ship, ready to paint and play, offered at the best possible prices.

What does that mean? Take the prices of the big names in the industry and expect this kind of discount:

? Up to 70 % off the full army bundle.

? 60 % off the themed kits.

? 50 % off individual models.

? Only 2 days to order.

Once the Drop closes, that’s it. We’ll produce exactly what’s ordered: one batch only, no stock, no reprints. This range won’t likely be available again for months.

Quantities are tight: roughly 100 of each model. We’ve actually already started production, and you can expect the first 40 orders to ship in about 2 weeks; the remaining 60 orders will ship within 2–6 weeks.

? So… First come, first shipped.

For our first test of this Drop system, the production will be made in the US, and shipped from the US.

Outside the US? You can absolutely order, but expect around 3× shipping and your country’s import taxes (usually 20 %) at delivery. BUT WAIT…

Good News & Benefits

  • We’re already lining up additional producers in Europe (and elsewhere), based on how this trial performs.
  • We are thinking of delivering one new drop every 4-6 weeks in the very near future.

The full Drop is manufactured in one go, from a limited, carefully curated range of minis that allow you to easily build a faction or an army.

This means simpler manufacturing, faster handling, and everything produced locally in about a month.

No long shipping routes.
No customs nightmares.
No factories halfway across the world.

Most models arrive pre-assembled (often one or two parts) in a specially selected high quality shock-resistant tabletop resin → Not only will they look amazing, but we deliberately chose that more expensive resin to make sure that it survives shipping and gaming.

Behind the scenes

We are very excited about this project but let’s be real, we are also anxious: will you guys like it?

The constraints we had to deal with to keep things workable were plenty:

The number of minis we could include in a single drop, the pricing, the quantity we can produce in a reasonable timeframe, the mix of released and unreleased minis, the choice of the theme…

Every single decision had many pros and cons.

So please keep in mind that everything here is the very first iteration of this new formula:
It’s NOT a kickstarter.
It’s NOT a subscription program.
It’s NOT the format of a traditional physical release.

We are building something different that fits the constraints of today’s manufacturing and distribution.

The goal is to bring back a feeling that we’ve all missed: new fresh minis in your hands every month, delivered in weeks, not months.
